RECORD CRACK/VIDEO: Tereu Tereu to make their vinyl debut
Tereu Tereu are a band from the DC/Virginia area who mix up rock with a bit of pop in a nice friendly mix everyone should appreciate. They have an album out now in digital form (MP3 and lossless) called All That Keeps Us Together, which you can listen to samples of and download for a fee by checking their Bandcamp page.
If you like what you hear and want to wait a few more weeks, the album will be released on vinyl. The video above shows Chris of The Record Cutter creating an acetate (or dub plate) to see and hear what the final record will sound like. When approved, metal plates will be created for both sides (if the record is 2-sided, as some artists/labels can make 1-sided records) and sent to the pressing plant.
