Here’s an interesting song from Zed Zilla‘s forthcoming mix tape. He basically says that someone should “Fire Dat Bitch” because that woman doesn’t know how to work, and complains because she needs to get a job. Yet on the cover of this mix tape, he clearly is robbing banks with a rifle in hand, why in the hell does she need to get a job when you’re fully capable of getting money yourself? It’s comedic, along the lines of Rudy Ray Moore and Wildman Steve, but not the kind of stoner humor Madlib does so well. Zed Zilla is joined by longtime musical collaborator Yo Gotti, and it looks like 2012 could be Zed Zilla’s year, bringing his form of humorous rap to the forefront.
