After a failed distribution deal with SRC/Universal, one downfall has lead to greater things, and that’s how Topic is handling things. A new album is due out later this summer, and this is the first taste of it, a track that may be an intro, but it’s an intro a lot of artists should take to heard.
AU. Yes, the Portland duo will be hitting the road again, in fact they’re going to start this Friday with a show at the PDX Pop Now Festival. If you’re in the Pacific Northwest this weekend, check them out. It will mark the start of their tour. They’ll take a few breaks here and there, then revive the live show, roadies, and groupies scene once more for more shows that will pretty much keep them performing until the holiday season. They’re going it in support of their Both Lights album (Hometapes/The Leaf Label), and if that’s not enough… nah, I’ll keep you waiting. Check the tour dates first and come back to me.
