AUDIO: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis featuring Mary Lambert’s “Same Love”

This song was recorded for the Music For Marriage Equality Campaign and will be released formally by Sub Pop next week on the 24th, while it will be pressed as a 45 for release on July 31st. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis decided to record a song about “Same Love” and brought in Mary Lambert to help them out. The song will also be released on Macklemore’s album The Heist, due out on October 9th.

Proceeds from the sale of this song will benefit marriage equality in Washington State, so stream and listen.
