SOME STUFFS: Police Teeth to pop you in the mouth with forthcoming album

Photobucket
Here’s the deal. Police Teeth are a Seattle trio whose brand of rock is loud and raunchy but never svelte. The reason for this is because their music has body, it has meat, and thus it packs for intense beating. I don’t know, did that sound good to you? Maybe when I was coming up with something to say, this sounded good to me but…

Forget what I said. Police Teeth have been getting a nice, strong buzz in Seattle and parts of the Pacific Northwest (well, the good parts), and with a firm fanbase initiated with their debut album, they’re hoping to find further success with album #2, this one being self-titled. It will be released on the Latest Flame label, and the band has allowed fans to download and listen to a track from the album, called “Bellingham Media Blackout” (9mb), a reference to the Washington town up north, close to the Canadian border.

Drummist Richy Boyer, vocals/bass man Chris Rasmussen, and vocals/git man James Burns are ready to take things to the next level, which will include a venture to “all over the place” but for now they he’ll head to the midwest for some shows in the coming months. Take a look at where you’ll be able to see these gents.
