FREE MP3 DOWNLOAD: Papa’s “Put Me To Work”
Papa may sound like one man, but in this case, Papa is one band, or in this case Part II, a duo. They are a Los Angeles combo who are gearing up to release their debut album, which means this post is to initiate a buzz but also for you to ponder on if the buzz is worthy of latching on to. I feel it is, for while it may be categorized in an easy manner as “indie rock”, they have the boldness of bands like U2 and The Alarm, maybe even Coldplay if you want to go there but in this case, let’s NOT go there. They sound like a combo ready to make victorious music, to make you feel like a winner and in their case, themselves.
If the sound makes you feel something, consider seeing them when they do some concert dates throughout November with Grouplove.
