REVIEW: Machinedrum’s “SXLND” (EP)

Photobucket I’m a recent convert of the greatness of Machinedrum, and if you are to follow his path of music over the years, he knows how to give fans mere morsels of his music before dropping an album that hits you in the right spots. Then it feels like there’s a lull in your life. Machinedrum has released a brand new EP called SXLND (Lucky Me), and for this one he gets into a few club lovelies and creates/recreates/retunes them into five songs that helps to continue to define what Travis Stewart does as an artist/producer/musician.

(NOTE: Machinedrum recently posted a collection of sounds he has been making in the last year, and if this is indeed a sign of what’s to come, watch out.)
