VIDEO: Sho Baraka’s “Johnnie Cochran (Who Stole My Journal?!?!)”

Today, I received an e-mail for a video to post on my site, but the video was released in September. I thought “September? Kinda old, isn’t it?” I listened and watched it anyway, and fortunately it was good, or at least good enough to place on the site. Can a video that’s almost seven months old do wonders? When you have Mountain’s “Long Red” as one of the primary samples, I have to say “HELL YEAH!”

The song is from Sho’s latest album Talented Xth (as in “10th”) and if the album is as good as this track, you might find yourself in emergency in the evening from the head nod factor.

AUDIO: Sho Baraka’s “Ali”

Sho Baraka
Not sure if it’s me, but Sho Baraka has a bit of a Drake vibe going for him, but doing it much better and more effectively. Here he is in a track called “Ali”, and hear if you can detect the vibe I’m hearing. The song will appear on his forthcoming album, Talented Xth, due out next week on Lions and Liars.

VIDEO: theBREAX featuring Sho Baraka’s “Brilliant Realness”

theBREAX recently came out with a new mix tape last week called BREAX Over, and they’re not joking, for a mere seven days after they revealed the new music, they also reveal a new video for the song “Brilliant Realness”, a track they did with Sho Baraka.

The mix tape is free, and you can find out more about it by clicking here.
