SOME STUFFS/RECORD CRACK: Thee Cormans scare you in sound

They could be garbanzo beans, they could be carpet lint, but we are lucky that these guys have decided to be a band. Yet they are hiding behind masks for their own safety. This band is Thee Cormans, and earlier this week they released an album just in time for Halloween, called Halloween Record w/ Sound Effects (In The Band), a slight flashback to those albums our parents used to buy us to get us ready for trick or treating, like this one.

The band are garage rock adventurists, a style that has been to my liking for years, and the fact that they’re behind masks makes it even better. Halloween Record w/ Sound Effects will be released on vinyl and in the trendy digital format. No compact disc, no cassette, no 8-track, strictly vinyl.

If you like what you here, they will be doing a few shows right up until Halloween Eve, including a performance in Burbank, California at a Mexican restaurant. Here is where they’ll be:
October 28 Burbank, CA Viva Fresh Mexican Restaurant
October 29 San Diego, CA ‘Til Two Club *
October 30 Long Beach, CA Alex’s Bar #
November 25 Long Beach, CA Alex’s Bar %

* = w/ Haunted George
# = w/ Nobunny
% = w/ Mark Sultan
